Case Study Analysis of South Africa as a BPO Delivery Location
To showcase South Africa as a preferred Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) delivery location in emerging markets, BPESA has produced this case study compendium. It is tributary to major current research being undertaken in the BPO sector in South Africa. Each year, BPESA produces the sector key indicator report detailing various metrics which assess the overall performance of the sector in the country – this publication is available on the BPESA website. The case study compendium serves two purposes: firstly as an exhibit of South Africa as an attractive BPO location, and secondly as an assessment of South Africa’s performance since the advent of BPO in 1999 in the country.
