The MSP seeks to offer prospective international clients the capability to source large-scale customer management services for Revenue Generation, Customer Care, Digital Services, Content Moderation, Data Annotation and Back Office activities across multiple BPO or related service providers based in the Western Cape.

The Knowledge Group(tkg) has extensive board and operational level international experience within the digital, customer experience, and outsourcing sectors. Their collective experience has shaped an approach to make sourcing processes more accessible, cost effective and relevant to both clients and suppliers. tkg work across public and private sectors delivering across a diverse range of programmes from the large-scale all the way through to micro-services. tkg are not a broker and do not charge a fee to the suppliers who are awarded work, reducing the cost in the supply chain.

Our objective is to allow buyers to procure customer management solutions at scale in the region through a smart sourcing solution. By becoming a member of the MSP eco-system, Outsource Serviced Provider’s (OSP) will be able to access tenders and compete on a level playing field through a fast and efficient procurement platform. Through the MSP, we aim to have multiple OSPs deliver to one client and enable a scale of operations to compete abroad.

Our goal is to leverage CapeBPO’s network of local expertise to reinforce its strategy of demonstrating that the Western Cape can equip businesses to provide outstanding, ethically sourced, customer experience. We aim to create an environment where all stakeholders in the region benefit from a common commitment to maintain a secure, sustainable, vibrant and world leading BPO sector.

A launch event was held on the 15th March 2022, where CapeBPO and tkg discussed how the MSP aims to build an environment that demonstrates the capabilities of all Outsourced Service Providers in the Western Cape to potential buyers.
